Construction Management:
We offer our services to clients to assist them in managing their construction projects.
We safeguard the clients’ interests by tracking and monitoring the budget, quality and
schedule of the project. We conduct, create meeting agendas and draft meeting minutes
for critical Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings. We help our clients understand
construction schedules and evaluate change order proposals. We lend our expertise
and experience to facilitate the relationship between the Owner, Designer and Builder.
Project Development:
We assist clients with developing construction projects, by creating preliminary budgeting,
return on investment analysis and construction feasibility studies. Additionally, we can
produce proposed schedules with estimated construction durations and material lead times.
We are also able to assist in compiling bid packages, creating contractor bid lists, as
well as evaluating submitted bid proposals.
Construction Claims:
We perform an analysis and evaluation of whether costly and lengthy legal proceedings are
feasible. We also assist in creating subsequent estimates of corresponding legal fees.
We help locate and recommend appropriate counsel and help prepare documents for attorney
review. We can serve as a resource in preparation for mediation and/or arbitration testimony.
Project Management:
As times, we team with qualified General Contractors on Design-Build Projects; assisting
with the coordination of the designers, scheduling and material tracking. We can also
assist clients in organizing their overall project management systems. We help establish
methods and procedures in managing their various projects and increase productivity.
Financial/Payment Review:
For clients such as, banking, lending and bonding companies and Owners. We verify
construction progress of projects and ensure that each division of construction correctly
corresponds with the Contractor’s recurring payment applications. We also verify that
payment draws coincide with the agreed upon cash flow schedule for the projects. We make
certain all the contract requirements are met prior to release of payment. We verify that
all materials in storage are complete and consistent with the project requirements. We
take time-stamped progress photos to document the various phases of work and provide a
detailed field report to the client.
